Property Description
This comfortable cottage is conveniently located near pools, hot tub, beach boardwalk and offers an angled view of the Gulf. Features include three bedrooms, two and one-half baths and balconies on both floors. The unit has a washer and dryer, DVD/VCR, cable TV and a connecting door - reserve both sides for a reunion with family or friends, or rent one side only for a smaller group. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

A non-refundable processing fee of $35 and a $300 deposit are required for each cottage reserved. All rates quoted are per cottage and are subject to a 5% Resort Fee, 8.5% Lodging Tax and Cleaning Fee of $105.
