Property Description
This beautifully decorated three bedroom, two bath cottage offers an angled view of the beach. Pools, hot tub and boardwalk over the sand dunes are steps away. Both floors have balconies and the unit features a washer and dryer, cable TV and DVD/VCR and a connecting door - reserve both sides for a reunion with family or friends. Bedding: King bed in master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom and two twins in third bedroom. Unit "b" has a sleeper sofa in the living room.

A non-refundable processing fee of $35 and a $300 deposit are required for each cottage reserved. All rates quoted are per cottage and are subject to a 5% Resort Fee, 8.5% Lodging Tax and Cleaning Fee of $105.
