“Your place ran like a well-oiled machine. Everyone that worked there was wonderful. The staff that took care of the landscaping stopped when guests walked by. The housekeeping always had a smile and a hello. The towel exchange staff even helped me before they were open (with a smile). Thank you for having such well-trained and friendly people. Customer service is something that is rare now. We are happy to find a place that still believes in it.”
